A month and a half ago, a friend of mine told me that she made her own yogurt and loves it. I asked her the brand and found out that it was the Euro Cuisine Digital Automatic Yogurt Maker Model Number YMX650 for 49.99. It makes 7-6oz yogurts. It is a great buy, works well, easy to make and tastes great. A little tart but that is the way I like it. I make them overnight and pop them in the fridge in the am. I also bought one set of replacement jars so I could make a new batch while I am finishing up the old one. I really like that you have a calendar adjustment on the lid so you know when they expire. I just make the plain brand but you can add your own fruit, sugar and honey to the mix, you can actually make different flavors for each individual jar. Purchased at a Williams-Sonoma store
I recommend it if you are looking to make your own yogurt for a healthier life.
My favorite snack smoothies consist of any organic frozen fruit that you like. I usually use blueberry or cherry. Although today I am having peach.
