I thought I would share this with you. My sister did years ago and I bought them- Moon Pads. Moon pads is the company I originally bought these products from and have always been happy with them. With multiple chemical sensitivity, it is even more important that I use chemical-free products but when you think about it, it is a good idea for most women. The tampons and pads we can buy at local stores are full of chemicals (usually from the chlorine bleaching process and the pesticides used on the cotton) which probably cause all sorts of medical problems including cancer. I also use and have been very happy with Natracare products. Which I can buy at my local Sprout's Farmers Market. So there you have my environmentally, multiple chemical sensitivity and human friendly products for the day. I just felt like I needed to share how I try to keep chemical-free in my life, although chemical-free is impossible on this planet. I can only avoid what I know can hurt me.

My favourite feminine hygiene product is the Diva Cup. Not sure if you could use it--it is made of surgical-grade silicone. SO much less waste and mess. I find I still have to use a panty-liner with it, though, so these pads would be good for me to look into.
