Sorry for taking such a long time. I had bronchitis and a sinus infections that took a couple of weeks to clear up. We had fall break in our school last week and I had finished two courses: one on homeopathy and the other on Belief and Wellness. I really enjoyed that second one. I recommend the books I used in that course. The best one was called Peace, Love and Healing by Dr. Bernie S. Siegel, he also wrote the book Love, Medicine and Miracles which is also wonderful. I highly recommend these for healing your mind, body and spirit. I can also easily recommend Lousie L. Hays for her books on healing. She has great visualization audio CD's as well. My first husband used them when he developed brain cancer.
I have decided that I am going to cut back on blogging to a couple times a week. I have just crammed my schedule full with my studies again. It is such a fulfilling experience for me but I realize that when I blog I am content and I plan on continuing to do things that I love. Of course the most important is trying to help others with the things I have learned in my journey. I have come to terms with the fact that MCS has, at times, been a blessing in my life's journey. It has also been some of the worst times but I am not looking to live my life as a victim of this disease. I am looking to be a better person through it. I have so much to write and so little time. My next course is a big course. The text book is over 1000 pages and it is on the topic of Holistic Nutrition. I will keep you posted.
To all of my friends and readers. I wish you a beautiful week and weekend.

I hope that you got help with your sinus infection by following my suggestions about humming:

Keep writing.
Thanks for the tip. I will use it next time. I upped my Vitamin C intake and got lots of rest. I'm back to normal now :) At least normal for me.

So glad you're back! Sorry to hear you've been ill, but it sounds like recovered now. I really loved this post, full of wonderful insight. Amazing things can happen when we see disease as blessing, and we figure out how to adapt-- that's my experience for sure. Main thing is we keep living our lives! I look forward to hearing about your class work. Good luck with that 1,000 pages! Be well, my blogging buddy.
Good to hear you are back Anna!
Indeed blogging, courses and life really all add up to a lot!
It is interesting you mention your new course as I am just finishing getting my certification as a Holistic Nutritionist :)
