As for feeling better. We are almost there from the gas heat episode. I started walking with my neighbor we are just walking one mile a day. We hope to get it up six miles by the end of the next couple of months. It feels good although I have a headache from something. I think it was from doing errands yesterday. We needed shoes and shoe departments do me in.
As for my friends with MCS remember how important 30 minutes of aerobic exercise at least three times a week is. It helps your body heal. It helps me feel good by elevating my mood and decreasing depression. Also, during the winter (northern hemisphere, now) remember to get some sun. Vitamin D is so important to your health. well kids make lot of noise.
Interesting you should say that. I must have been feeling better for the most part because noise usually bothers me when I am very sick. I cannot concentrate when someone is talking to me and there is a low background noise. It wasn't so bad this Christmas :)
I think that 'Cheap Perfume' user is a spammer putting short comments just so people might click on their profile name link - which leads directly to a page to buy.... perfume :-(
Perhaps they targeted your blog just because it has the word 'perfume' in it. Spammers are getting more devious!
I know I went to the site after I posted the comment. Please avoid cheap perfume because it is poison anyway you look at it :)
I'm a huge advocate of walking for exercise. I try to walk as much as possible, but must admit I go through long periods of time not walking at all. I feel my best when I walk about 45 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. I walk about a mile every 15 minutes and usually do it at the nearby park right before dark.
PS We've all been fooled once or twice by devious spammers. You can always just delete them right off your blog!
