It just got chilly and rainy this week, we even had some fog roll in. We're doing some work in the yard this weekend in prep for the heavy rains. I grew up with fall fairs and harvesting. We had 3 apple trees that we use to get apples from with no pesticides ever used. My grand-parents next door had a huge garden. My grandmother always made fresh bread and canned and preserved vegetables and fruits from her garden. My mom also is a canner and still does.
